A radical, groundbreaking adaptation of Henrik Ibsen's Hedda Gabler... that no one will ever see.
In the city, people are protesting. Women are marching in the streets.
They cry out, loud. This time it will end differently. This time they will be heard. In a small theatre, Hedda is waiting. When the Director is trapped on the wrong side of the protest line, the Stage Manager is left to take Hedda through the lighting plot and tech rehearsal for a revolutionary new adaptation of Hedda Gabler they are about to stage. This time it will end differently. This time Hedda will be heard. Images from a development workshop.
